We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily production, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth operation of the bakery section. Responsibilities: • Oversee bakery production processes and ensure timely completion of all items • Supervise daily bakery operations and production staff • Ensure consistent product quality, hygiene, and safety standards • Manage stock levels, raw materials, and inventory • Coordinate with sales and supply teams for timely delivery • Train and guide bakery staff as needed Requirements: • Must have prior experience in bakery production. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a bakery supervisory role • Strong knowledge of bakery production, hygiene, and food safety • Leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
